About the Medical Billing AI
Our AI billing assistant is built to understand complex medical histories and treatment notes, transcribing them directly from doctor’s dictate or written notes into an LLM trained on ICD-10 diagnostic and ICD-10 PCS codes using the latest medical billing training manuals and best practices. It also understands ADA Dental Codes for dental procedures. Ingesting the data, it uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to correctly identify the correct codes. The assistant can be deployed to your provider organization and further trained on local data, including past insurance billing history such as approval and denials, and taught to maximize reimbursement within the contractual guidelines.
